Shadrack Simiyu ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in the sky defender mobile application.
02 Data Collection
- Personal Information: sky defender does not collect, store, or transmit any personal identifiable information (PII). We do not require account registration, names, email addresses, or phone numbers to play the game.
- Device Data: The app does not access your contacts, photos, or location data.
- Financial / Wallet Data: While distributed on the Solana dApp Store, the app itself does not currently store your private keys or seed phrases. Any future interaction with the Solana blockchain will be handled via standard mobile wallet adapters.
- Analytics & Tracking: We have removed all third-party analytics and tracking code. Your gameplay remains private and local to your device.
03 Third-Party Services
sky defender does not share data with any third-party service providers.
04 Data Security
Since we do not collect any data, there is no risk of your personal data being compromised from our servers.
05 Legal Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of Kenya, including the Data Protection Act.
