By downloading or using the sky defender application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
02 License & Intellectual Property
- Source Code: The program source code is released under the GPL.
- Assets: All game assets — including sprites, images, and sound effects — are proprietary and provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You are not allowed to redistribute recompiled versions of the game or its assets without explicit permission.
03 User Conduct
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. Any attempt to reverse engineer the application or bypass its security features is prohibited.
04 Disclaimer of Warranties
sky defender is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Shadrack Simiyu does not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
05 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Kenya, Shadrack Simiyu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the application.
06 Blockchain Interaction
Users acknowledge that any interactions with the Solana blockchain via the dApp store environment are at their own risk. Shadrack Simiyu is not responsible for any loss of digital assets or transaction failures.
07 Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kenya.
